hello all - the half in. mesh the girls sit on is great however the hay falls thru and i loose a lot have any of you built a small cage on the side of the pen where they can`t climb in but just grab what they want ?

lots of "hay racks", fasten to the outside of the cage, easier to fill , less waste
They just pull what they want through the cage side wire
meat-mutt rabbits, a few laying hens.
