I was hoping it was a mulberry without berries, but I think the leaves are too round... any ideas? I am hoping it's rabbit edible. I know it's not hugely poisonous if it's not 100% safe b/c I caught one bun stretching to nibble on some leaves while the hutch was open.

Bark - really rough on the trunk, smooths out on the branches...
(the little leaves int he forefront are from another plant... an unknown but invasive weed... hmmm... wonder if that's rabbit safe? b/c it is everywhere!)
leaves and end of branch... some other leaves mixed in from the vines growing in the tree...
