"Smut" question

Hi,

I have a CA/NZ cross does due to kindle here anytime... within the last week her dewlap has turned gray? It has always been white since I got her in August.

Is this the same thing as smut in the newborns?

I would think so. Cal colors get lighter/darker, depending on the temp.

I knew that the points got darker, but had never seen a gray dewlap before... she seems fine, other than that she is my token freakorama rabbit even on normal days...

You can even get "eyebrows" the colder it gets too
