I just saw a post with a picture about a Californian rabbit. I have Himalayan dwarf rabbits and they both look the same. What is the difference. Is the Cal. rabbit larger? Any suggestions :bunnyhop: ??

That is an adorable rabbit. My rabbit has a black triangular nose which is adorable. Do you have any pictures of the rabbit. i would really want to see the rabbit. Thanks :bunnyhop:

i have also heard that a doe should not have kits in hot weather because something happens to the does heart that causes her to eventually die. I'm unsure if this is true?

The rabbit that has had kits before a couple of months, is grunting when being held and stroked. Before when she didn't have kits, she would never grunt. She has had 3 litters of kits in the past and is still grunting. Is she uncomfortable or just doesn't like being held?

Well today I cleaned up the eyes and opened them up and found there was no eye ball. It was just a strange white goo inside and the contact like lens. Does this mean the kit is blind??? :(

If I let that kit live would the eye affect its way of life. I would really hate to cull the kit so is there a chance the kit may become blind. I mean one eye has cleared up. Would it affect how it moves around and eats???
