Using a Rabbit Wringer, Hopper Popper, etc

That DIY kit has been available for months. It's on our RabbitWringer website and on eBay with one of our new E-Z Skinners (Skinning Gambrel)..The Gambrel is only available on our eBay account at this time.

Using a Rabbit Wringer, Hopper Popper, etc

Zass, Yep it should since the smallest part of the opening is 3/8". Does pigeons just fine. We also have the Poultry Wringer which is specifically for chickens, ducks and smaller bird. I am redesigning it and it will look like the current full size Wringer, just smaller.

Using a Rabbit Wringer, Hopper Popper, etc

Tammy, I'm sorry, but it has NEVER taken more than 12 weeks at the longest. Rabbit Wringer is shipping 3-5 weeks (as stated in the description of the product in the PayPal shopping cart). You said theirs is easier. I cannot see how that can be. Ours is bigger, and adjustable, also the inline...

    Rabbit zinger?

Yes, rabbits can rip you up especially your wrists and forearms. So, Richard when are you going to process?

    Rabbit zinger?

I think once you get the new rubber you will be able to make better bands that will recover better than surgical tubing. I would shorten your tube length and also bring your termination points about 2" toward the back of the stunner. I emailed you on how you can test this by making a loop of...

    Rabbit zinger?

I wanted to see how small I can make the Zinger. It's under 11" tip to tip and 1.12 pounds. Works great! Minimal recoil. This is for my own personal use. Not trying to sell it.

    Rabbit zinger?

Looks great Richard! I would definitely like to pick your brain in the future. If you need anything else, just email me. I'll make you a set of tubes if you want. Regards, Sal Pizzurro Pizzcorp.com

Using a Rabbit Wringer, Hopper Popper, etc

It would make a great gift, I mean if you made it from a kit. It's beautiful too. I'm almost afraid to do it :-(

Using a Rabbit Wringer, Hopper Popper, etc

Here's the thing, I'm going to copyright the plans and sell the parts with a template, but since my labor is limited to cutting a rod and preparing it for you and printing out templates I can make it very attractive price wise. It would include all the parts necessary for you to finish it. You...

    Rabbit zinger?

I don't understand your post, sorry :( You guys got me wanting to design a simpler one now just to see if I can ... :) back to the drawing board.

Using a Rabbit Wringer, Hopper Popper, etc

@Trufflelady.. You want the bar at the back of the skull. Don't worry, as you pull the rod you will find its sweet spot. The chin should be well supported and not necessarily up, just well supported. If you had trouble it may just be because it was an older rabbit. CV on any rabbit over 20-24...

    Rabbit zinger?

:) I think I'd want the bolt protruding around 1.25" out of the barrel. My Zinger is designed to be a non penetrating captive bolt so it doesn't have to stick out too far. It's just out further in case the stunner is not kept firmly enough against the rabbit's head it allows for a little bit of...

    Rabbit zinger?

Richard, I'm thinking of how you can improve your stunner without starting from scratch again. If you can move the trigger assembly behind the tube attachments, you would solve the problem of hitting your fingers. I would then shorten the trigger on the back side about an inch to start keeping...

    Rabbit zinger?

Richard, et al :).... I appreciate your respect and I am happy to help you out if I can without giving away something I would consider "trade secrets". Richard, I have no problem with you showing your device, but I appreciate your you asking. Maybe say something like "here is my Rabbit Zinger...

Using a Rabbit Wringer, Hopper Popper, etc

I just want people to know the facts. We make the best quality products, and always will, period. They (hop-pop) sell a much cheaper product (copied from my products) which is also not very good. The whole point in designing the Butcher Station was ease in use. They tried to copy ours but fell...

Using a Rabbit Wringer, Hopper Popper, etc

That's how I do it in my videos on RabbitWringer.com. @Trufflelady..this is a thread about use of a Rabbit Wringer. Not a Pooper! Also, their hanger doesn't work like the Rabbit Wringer's "Butcher Station". With the RW Butcher Station the hocks slip into the inverted wedges and hold the rabbit...
