Dilute Blue and Blue? I would guess those are the same things, unless they mistakenly mean lilac and blue. Lilac is not a dilute of blue, it is a dilute of chocolate. Blue is a dilute of black.

I LOVE using flax seed/flax seed oil for my animals. We add it to my horse's meals and it keeps him shiny and his coat healthy. It's pretty expensive, but a little goes a long way.

Usually charlies will have ear, nose, and/or eye markings only. It sounds like you have a lightly marked broken blue. That would mean that the sire and the dam carry dilute.
