Will sprinkling seven dust in the pan/tray hurt my rabbits?

I keep my trays as clean as possible. I have an indoor rabbit house. However I still get massive amounts of flys hatching. What is safe to spray in the rabbit house? Or sprinkle on top of the shavings in the trays where the flys are breeding?
