Any good ideas designs for roadside stalls that are practical and work? Plus what things are easy to sell or do you sell from a roadside stall?

I would love a road side stall... but have to contend with silly city folk in my subdivision!!... :lol:
I currently have a stand at our local farmers market.
I have thought about this a lot and I look for a stand with:
Clean, clear area to park (off the road is best, but wide gravel shoulders work too)
Large clear pricing signs
Large variety or large quantity of items, easy to see from the road.
The one I tend to stop at the most, shows it's self from a distance, so it gives me time to decide and slow down to stop.
