Lets see, I cooked de-boned fryer pieces in butter, tossed in some crushed red pepper, then thought to add some of my rosemary-garlic-bay olive oil. Mmmm smelled good, OK, added mushrooms. Then thought "Hey, lets make a gravy out of it" so I mixed up milk and cornstarch and added that until it thickened. + salt and plenty of fresh ground pepper.
Somehow, it ended up tasting almost exactly like pork sausage and gravy???
