Sent in my info and application for a business license for the shop and farm. I'm doing more selling of "stuff" at craft fairs and to regular people, with a decent sized one coming up in July, so....I need a tax number. AND a federal ID number, apparently. :shock:
This either means I will need to step up my creative er...creating; OR go into hiding! :razz:
Went out to practice a newish skill (turning bowls) and discovered why they say to use a face shield....I took too big a cut from the center and WHEEE!!!! The chunk of wood went flying off the lathe and hit me smack dab in the middle of face. :t_oops: Didn't hurt me (wearing safety glasses and it bounced off those) but sure was startling! Maybe I'll just stick to spinning angora
Hard to get hurt with angora wool unless it strangles you. :x
