Three does got their nestboxes on Sunday, two Harlequins and a NZ. The Harlies both pulled tons of fur yesterday, but no kits first thing this morning. When I did water around 11am, the older Jap doe had kindled twelve! 
I checked this evening and the younger Jap doe has five. I believe she is a first-timer, but she did everything just right - nice little nest, babies all warm and dry. I shall probably foster two or three from the other doe - if she'll let me. She's a very protective mama.
The NZ doe isn't doing anything - yet. But at least she hasn't dumped all the hay out of her nestbox like the other two did - several times. :evil:
