Basil Rabbit salad...

1 fryer rabbit, boiled, deboned and chopped( or throw everything into the food processor)
1/4 fresh basil, chopped
1/2 to 3/4C parmesan
4 stalks of celery, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced(or just use garlic powder to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
1C mayo (or enough to make it moist)

Throw it all into a bowl and mix together. Store in fridge until ready to eat. Enjoy!

Sounds yummy! I think I'm going to pull some of those rib sections out of the freezer and make this instead of our usual soup. Who wants soup in this weather?
