i wonder why one of my bucks haven't touched his pellets for
2 days. He did eat a couple leaves of kale and greens yesterday. I was out of greens today. I changed the pellets in his bowl today to see if it would make a difference. He seems to be in good health and chinned and licked my hands. His stomach felt OK.

He's back to normal today diving into his pellets instead of licking my hand.

There may have been something he didn't like about the pellets that had been in his dish. Maybe they had mildew, were stale or some other bunny had peed on them or some such thing? At least he's eating now, so things should be good.

When my rabbits stop eating I do 2 things
CHECK TO BE SURE THEY CAN GET THEIR WATER!
offer them some fresh marshmallow (be sure it hasn't been sprayed with anything toxic)

Did you know that marshmallows are one of the only foods around that is named for an ingredient that isn't in them? I'd always wondered what marsh mallow looked like! Not white and puffy at all. Do bunnies like it?

This is what it looks like
Yes, my does eat it when I give it to them.
the candy.food
was named for the plant
which likes to grow in wet locations, hence its name MARSH mallow

I feed a lot of that, rabbits love it "up to a point" .
when I have fed too much they stop eating it, for a few days to a week,
switch to something[s] else, ...
then resume eating it again.
It is loaded with nutrients.
