Depends on what you want your rabbits to do. I have some friends who tried breeding rabbits and they had a lot of barking dogs in their back yard. None of their rabbits ever had litters so they sold them to me since they weren't having litters. About a month and a half after they were in a much quieter back yard (I guess roosters aren't as scary as dogs) both of the does they sold me had a litter.

They had more than one dog, though, three or four which ran around the yard and probably kept the rabbits very nervous.

I would say that at first, it depends on the rabbit. One of my rabbits honestly doesn’t care about noise, but my other rabbit had to adapt to my Beagle’s howling. My Beagle howls often, especially if she believes that my rabbits are threatened. How a rabbit will adapt is by understanding that no harm comes from the barking. :bunnyhop:
