Sorry I’m not particularly helpful - I’m still a rabbit novice. But it sounds to me like there’s really nothing to do but continue to wait, especially if she’s acting normally yet. Other than perhaps offer a Tums for a calcium boost.

yes , just wait and see,
- even if she has troubles,- there is not a lot that can be done..
some herbs help, raspberry leaves, [or stems in the winter]
