Cream of rabbit, and potato soup

We are home canners, and have a big garden,
so this recipe is in those terms...

Just got back from a week stay in the hospital with my wife,
threw this together in about a half hour,
-it was a big hit- so,... i will share the recipe...

Cream of Rabbit,[or chicken] potato, and carrot soup

3 quarts of rabbit broth,
1 quart of rabbit meat,
2 quarts of bottled potatoes
1 quart of bottled sliced carrots
1 cup of flour
1 cube butter

Directions,
In a 10 to 12 quart stock pot, --
Bring 2 quarts of broth and rabbit meat to a boil, add 2 quarts of bottled potatoes, blend /liquefy with wand blender. Bring mixture to a boil.
Add butter,
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add 1 quart of broth to blender, with 1 cup flour, blend well.
Stir blended four and broth into boiling broth and potatoes [in the stock pot], stir continuously until the mixture boils again, and then remove from heat.
Add the drained, sliced carrots ,and stir them in.
Serve as a soup, or over rice.
