Hay the cause of no litters?

This is the 1st time I've had 3 failed breedings since I started with rabbits. Proven bucks and the same 2 does. I'm starting to wonder if its the hay? Not the best quality, got it from a coworker for cheap. Native grasses from a horse pasture. It's 2nd cutting and I'm finding alot of Queen Ann's lace heads in it. The hay is the only thing I have changed care wise. Could of course be the weather though too.
 
For me, [because of the issues i have had] i always suspect a mold toxin, or "bad plant" in the feed, [as you probably know-- ] the seeds from Queen anne's lace [wild carrot] have "contraceptive properties", probably works the same in rabbits, as humans...
