I have two standard rex sisters, who are 6 and 7 months old, same parents, different litters.

There have been no issues so far, keeping them in the same cage - if these are likely to develop, is there a 'usual' timeframe for this, in terms of age?

Well, if they get along fine it just can go on like this. There might be some power struggles in the next months, humping, short chasing, tufts of hair flying - all normal. It's not like with bucks where it escalates from peace to gory, bloody fight in seconds, does sort that out gradually.

I keep all my 4 breeding does in mother-daughter pairs, imho important thing is that they have some space where they can get out of each others eyes when they feel like it.

Since they're females, they should/could get along fine. Generally it's the bucks that get all combative once the testosterone kicks in. Girls skip most of that.
