Does anyone know what I’d get if I bred a broken black to a Gold-Tipped (black) steel? Also, broken black to chinchilla?
And finally, would you recommend breeding my broken black buck to either of those colors or am I better off with a black? I’d love some fun colors but I also am breeding for show primarily.
Thanks!

The breed is mini Lop. The buck has tort, steel, agouti, orange, seal, and black in his background. Bucks dam was silver tipped black steel and sire was broken black tort. I don’t know about the prospective does’ backgrounds.

With mini lop, you pretty much just ignore color and breed for just type. With self/hidden steels being so common in the breed, and the buck having steel (and tort) ancestry it's make it hard to predict what colors you'll get. Likely more steels; maybe some blacks or chestnuts, in broken and solid.
