Just got into rabbit breeding, just for fun, nothing serious or showing. We had a doe that was bred to a Rex buck but also to another buck on the same day. I will post pictures below. Anyways, have the litter came out looking like the other buck, but half the litter seems to me like it may be otter. The doe is a REW and they said she was a Flemish cross, which I like because of the size. Any ideas on what you would consider these kits?

The one in the middle and the one on the right are sable chinchilla (some people call it sable agouti). The one on the left is some shade of magpie - possible sable magpie based on what the siblings are

Awesome! My wife really wanted grey one! Not sure if that is sable or not?

We got a REW and a black female and a greyish buck. Unfortunately, the buck passed the following day after we got him home and only have the 2 does. My wife was really upset. I think they may have been litter mates, so that is cool that it runs in their lines. Obviously pretty heavy if a REW is throwing the color? None of my rabbits have pedigrees as we’re breeding for fun and meat. I do like to see a lot of different colors in the box though.

What would happen if I mixed the rew with an otter buck?
