Peanut or runt? Please help

Hello All,
I am new here and would greatly appreciate some advice. Here is one of our one day old mini Rex kits. Is he a runt or a peanut? He walks well and has a ferocious suckle! He is much smaller than his siblings.

JMHO -If he is "healthy " and has a full stomach-- just keep an eye on him to make sure he gets enough to eat , and doesn't get pushed out by the bigger siblings. Sometimes they catch up-- if he truly is a "peanut" he will most likely fade, and you will lose him. -in my very limited experience with "peanuts" they usually are not "healthy" like you describe.
