So I bought some oxbow barley rabbit treats and holy crap, everybun loves them! My question is, can i offer some uncooked barley to them? Not sure how its sold lol but if they can have them, id give a mix of barley and oatmeal to them. Thinking maybe a tablespoon a day? Id start off offering less not to upset their bellies of course.

Any input would be great, ty :)

Barley, oats and wheat are the main grains i feed my rabbits to supplement their hay

I also use barley for making fodder, as of the 3, I've had the best success with it

Barley never went over well. It's not that appealing to most things by itself. Oats and wheat are usually enjoyed and plain oats are commonly suggested as a bland food when they have digestive problems.
