Holland lop or Mini?

I recently adopted a rabbit. Estimated to be just over a year old. I was told she's a Holland lop, but I think she may be a mini. She seems on the large side for a Holland, (or she could just be over weight, she does have a pretty hefty neck bloop). But she has a different head shape than my other 2 Mini's. Can anybody tell me what they think?

The color is tortoise. That's common in hollands. There nothing really here says she wouldn't be holland, to me, albeit a large one.
