Didn't lose any rabbit to cold or heat this year. The past winter was so cold so long that I loss all my 3 year old ginkgo seedlings. Had a very hot and wet summer but the rabbits were OK without extra measures because their cages are in the shade. Young mulberry bushes were able to grow higher than the cages and shaded the bunnies.

Our weekend's heating up again (average 100 degrees).

I want it to cool down again too. I know that dealing with cold must be awful as well, but it never gets that cold here to begin with... so I'm biased.

Here in Texas Zone 8, I can hope all I want, but we still have an other month of hitting all over the 90s and 100 is still not out of the question.
