I am very worried about my buck. I flipped him over and he retracted his testicles but the skin was still hanging and it was covered in small spots of waxy, sticky brown stuff. I tried pulling some out, but there are too many. It looks like poop but it’s deep in his skin. Anyone know what this is? I am willing to take him to a vet.

3 options I think:
- poor self grooming and somewhat normal(most probable)
- skin mites (doubt it)
- activated syphilis (maybe)
Just keep an eye on it and see how it progresses for now. Maybe wet the skin to motivate him to groom more.
