Not really sure where to put this. Anyway I decided to make my first soup from scratch, and I decided to make rabbit noodle soup!! I started at 10:30 am and I am now eating my finished soup!! I'm very pleased with how it came out too

Did you use the head too? I've never used one because I think it's too hard to skin.
 
I haven`t made a rabbit soup yet, but I found out that `Quail noodle soup`is pretty darn tasty, especially in cold and flu season.

It's quail meat + quail stock + quail egg noodles + spices + vegetable. And it was tasty, despite my crude, thick ropy attempt at noodles. :)
