Look at this screwy defect born tonight! Has an an us and everything just no mouth! (Found dead in the nest buried under its siblings btw)

I've not had a rabbit like that but once found a barn kitten with a similar deformity :(

weird! that would be one i'd put in a jar for sure. pathological specimens like that are so interesting! poor little kit though, sometimes nature just isn't nice.

I had one similar, but mine had a tiny hole for a mouth so it couldn't nurse and died shortly after birth. I originally thought it didn't think it have a mouth because the hole was so small

I plan on keeping it as I like oddities myself. It's in the freezer right now. Rest of its siblings came out perfect! I consider them my Christmas miracle litter as they were born on the same day a year that we had to bury my uncle on. :(
