The breeder claims that these are 2 month old netherland dwarf babies. Please confirm are these true dwrfs or not.

Those are Lionhead or Lionhead mixes, not Netherland Dwarfs.
I personally can't tell if they're dwarfed.
Cute, though.

May be a netherland and lionhead cross because from some angles they resemble netherland dwarfs...is there any way i can get sure if they are true dwarfs or not :-/

These seem to be single mane lionheads. So highly probable they are a cross. From their state at only 2 month old I suspect they'll lose their manes completly before they reach adulthood.

They look like lionheads. Both have white Vienna markings which is a DQ, and they are unshowable colors even before that. They don't look like true dwarfs. True dwarfs usually have shorter ears and more cobby characteristics.

they'd be DQ event without the vienna markings, their manes are poor even to my standards. I've had a few lionheads lose manes that looked 10 times as good as these.

Is there any slight chance that they are true dwarfs/netherland dwarfs and are you certain that they are not because the breeder is still claiming and giving me his guarantee that these are offsprings of pure netherland dwarfs and are true dwarfs. I dont want to take a chance since the breeder is charging me quite high for being true dwarfs and the litter being netherland dwarf....please advice

If they are asking a high price for these rabbits, and you are looking for a true Netherland Dwarf, I would find another breeder. They definitely are not pure Netherland, and they don't appear to be true Dwarf. I agree that they look like Lionheads or Lionhead crosses.

Look elsewhere. True netherland dwarves do not have long fur ever. Netherlands are the smallest breed have have a short fur. Either the seller doesn't know what real netherland dwarves are or he is trying to bait you into buying mutts for a lot. They "might" be dwarf mixes but take a look at the link bellow and notice how short the ears of the netherland adults are, while at 2 months old those already have bigger ears then that. Something is definetly off.

Also, maybe he thinks the parents are pure, but one of em HAS to be at least a single mane lionhead. The parent might've lost his mane or something but it's still technically a lionhead for that reason, not a netherland. And these younglings are definetly lionheads, single manes I add.

If you want exemples of maneless lionheads, I sadly have a few in my breeding stock (got em for the colors, as well maned babies or cause they were dumped on me) So take a look at my website. In the males there's Edward who's a netherland dwarf mix, he lost 99% of his mane, but at 6 months old he looks more like a netherland then the ones in your video.

Good chance they are false dwarfs. 2 true dwarf parents will produce 1/4 peanuts, 1/4 false dwarfs, and 1/2 true dwarfs. 2 parents will have to produce some peanuts to guarantee parents are true. I wouldn't pay big bucks just because the parents were dwarfs. All he may be able to guarantee is what the parents are.
