There is not an unlimited supply
but Does can breed for quite a few years
depending on how hard one is pushing them.
A Doe can easily handle four to five litters per year
for as long as three years or more. Most heavy breeders will
replace their Does at two and one half to three years of age.
I replace my Does when the mood strikes me or when I find
a better typed or Colored replacement. Most of my Does will go to
another who can/will use them in their breeding schedule.
It is a personal choice as to when or whether to replace/remove a Doe
from the herd.

it depends on doe and how hard you push her..The flemish giant breeder I know keeps his for 3 - 4 year ...

So if I go for 5 litters a year averaging 8; you think they have perhaps 200 eggs...? Female humans have more no?
Humans are born with about 7 million eggs but the number drops a lot by maturity. Nearly all animals have more eggs than they can use in a lifetime. It would do no good for the species if that supply was too limited. If they quit breeding earlier it's because they were too stressed physically and not because they ran out of eggs. Even in humans who ovulate monthly women don't start menopause because they ran out of eggs. It is hypothesized to be genetically predetermined. How often you can breed depends on how good of condition your does stay in. That varies between does even within the same breed fed the same diet.
