They are Lovely!
Booted = belly and legs are white, the rest of the body is coloured
Charlie = colour on ears and sometimes around the eyes, but no other colour

You look like you have 2 heavily marked broken and a well marked broken... IMO

my first full rex litters are here! they aren't anything super special as far as colours, but these will be my first 100% purebred kits! the same buck was bred to them both. he is genetically a castor, but he has poor fur and never darkened enough so he just looks like an amber. these breedings are to see if he an produce a better son to replace him.

japanese harlequin doe - 8 kits!

i was hoping for more colour in this one, considering the doe is a harlequin, but this pairing will be probably my greatest chance at a better castor out of him. this was her first litter too and she's doing great so far.

REW doe - 9 kits, one DOA.

i love that she's a secret broken, i really do. i also love that there's an even number of REW to brokens. i loooove those two more heavily marked broken kits. they all look castor/black - guess this will get me closer to knowing what the doe is under her snowy blanket. i don't have a pedigree for her so it's been a mystery, haha.

i have a couple meat mutt litters in two weeks, as well as (HOPEFULLY) my first mini lop litter! my lop buck is getting old and i really want a son from him before he can't breed anymore ;w;

Shazza, those kits will be beauties when they're big! :D Finding out genes is always so fun. I also have a REW who I hope is hiding broken(had broken parent and sibling), he has been bred but only had a singleton so we'll see next time.

My first broken litter is here! I thought the doe was a charlie but turns out she's broken vienna. that's fine too. Her kits have better markings. And surprise, she carries REW! I thought she was either C or cchd, but when bred to a cchlcchl buck, she produced what I think are two sables! I thought they were blue but they darkened into a brownish color so it seems like that. I also didn't think she carried dilute but alas, she does! In her litter are a sable, broken blue, broken black, and broken sable. The broken sable has beautiful markings, and I want to keep a well-marked broken sable, but of course it is a buck  I guess I will be repeating this breeding.

Hi,

I got 2 litters on the saturday before easter, both first timers, one with 4 (one is a little runtish) and the other 7 (but one kit froze outside the nest before I found it :(, 6 left)

That is great, the black seems to have inherited to tendency for smaller litters :) . Both do a good job, didn't disturb them til now due to freezing tempertures.

So, there is something new I never had in my herd - 3 red eyed whites  . I had whites before, but they had blue eyes (I think they got darker with age), but never red eyes.

I finally have a litter of kits. My first litter of French Angoras and it quite a surprise litter. Four brokens and 5 solids from a REW and a lilac. The REW must must have been hiding broken. The pregnancy and birth has been hard on the Dam and I hope she will start eating better here soon.

Oh boy oh boy I was starting to worry.
I had 3 does scheduled to give birth on the 4th. Codette was on time, Onyx was next on the 5th, then Lolita took her sweet time and gave birth today the 7th.
Codette had 6 though she lost a baby that fell out of the nest yesterday, I'll have to do something about that before it happens again.
Onyx had 5 and Lolita had 7!
Codette was a first timer, Onyx was a strike 2 since she killed her last kits and as for Lolita... Only reason I was worried about Lolita was cause her only previous litter she had with her previous owner were all dead at birth. So it was a test if she could actually have babies. They all look good and livelly though, they are huge! Her babies are bigger then the other female's and they already have fuzz even on day one.

They are keeping you on your toes! I had a doe that delivered late - late enough that the babies had quite a bit of fur already! It was so weird to see.

What coloring is that second batch??
