This afternoon as I was tending to my buns, I noticed that one cage of growouts seemed a bit larger than I would expect. Curious, I took one in and weighed it. It was just a hair over 4lbs. That surprised me because I was certain they weren't that old. I just checked my records. Those growouts were 7 weeks old yesterday. All the info I have indicates a normal size at 7 weeks to be 3lbs. WOOHOO!

4 pounds at 7 weeks??? I would be doing backflips and calling the newspaper!
You need to go commercial! Wow!

Now, go back and weigh them with a working scale and report back. :D

Congratulations!

I thought I was ecstatic when one of mine weighted 5lbs 8oz at a bit over 11 weeks lol. Next largest was 5lbs (I may keep her as well).

I was connected to someone looking for a new buck.
This guy told me his group of rabbits produced 5lb dressed at 8 weeks!
I told him he doesn't need a buck from me, he needs to sell me one of his!!

Maybe you have his stock...lol

That kit is Definitely a keeper!
