Hi everyone! I had a quick question. Well two actually.
First one is what is your favorite rabbit sausage recipe? I have been watching alot of videos on youtube but most of them are pretty much every other meat but rabbit. I'm pretty sure I can just switch in rabbit meat for whatever meat they are using but I would rather get an "actual" rabbit sausage recipe then slap something together.
Second. Does anyone have a favorite jerky recipe? I'm going to be processing 5 growouts at once and that is alot of stomach flaps that I think might be "too tough" for the sausage.
