First Mucky, investigating some of the hay I'll be spreading around her pen.
And of course, wherever Mucky goes, Thistle-pig is sure to follow.

The remainder of my magpie Harlequin herd, reduced to almost nothing due to working every weekend from now until forever. Being completely unable to show makes a show herd kinda useless.

Still, I wasn't able to let go of these favorites, and have been running them together on the rabbitry floor, since the girls are sweet tempered things (all except that pale black jap doe, who is shy/grumpy, but not aggressive yet.)

Please excuse the non-photogenic buck there.
He's a gentle natured sweetheart, who doesn't harass the girls too much. The wooing type. My hunch was correct, these harlis have been easy keeping as colony buns. I still plan on moving the does to cages before kindling though, for privacy and to protect the litters from hepatic coccidia.

The coturnix still share the rabbitry floor with the buns.

The buck looks a little nicer from this angle. :)

So, I guess everything is OK here. Reduced, but comfortable.

How about you guys?
