What is they key to get good clean spotted or blanket patterned genetics instead of heavy brokens?

Broken is an incompletely dominant trait so one gene usually creates a range of 70% to 30% broken but two of the broken genes usually creates a mainly white rabbit that are called "Charlie's"
The genetics that produce "booted brokens" which have very little white, and/or "false Charlie's" who have mostly white do not follow simple inheritance and are not well understood
