Skin growing over eyes?

Ever since this buck was born Ive always seen something off with his eyes. The corner of his eyes seem to stretch out more, but I just ignored it and let him be. And now a year later, I walk in a see this....it is in both eyes and wasnt here yesterday! What is wrong with him?

The picture I took was to big to upload, but all it is is just the corner of his eye growing over the eyeball

That sounds really strange and horrible. :shock:

If you have Paint or Photoshop you should be able to resize the image. Or if you can upload it to a site like Photobucket or imgur you could post a link to it.

I think this maybe a swollen third eyelid. It can have lots of causes and I honestly don't remember what they are. You may try google.
