So I have my original starter doe a broken blue, then a month ago I bought a REW jr. doe and then on Saturday I bought a blue buck to finish the trio off. Now that the broken is a Sr. doe. My 4-h leader told me to breed then show her at end of the month to try to get her last leg. She has been out of condition since January since she had never been in a unheated barn and the cold. She is finally gaining condition. She has also suggested Athena could come to be bred to my buck since she still has him and then come back to deliver the kits because she has doe cages and she would a first time mom. I also have doe cages, nestboxes and have raised kits before.
