Newbie - just started raising rabbits
I am also a newbie here, just started raising rabbits last year in November. Started with four does and one buck.
One doe already has 7 kits which are about one month old. Glad to be here and hope to learn a lot about raising bunnies for meat.

Re: Newbie here in AZ heritage breed for meat
Welcome to RT Joyce. There's a Tell us about yourself and your rabbits thread in the Welcome to RT forum where more people are apt to notice your introduction. And once you have questions or comments to make, it will help if you post your location on your profile--country and state or province if you're in US or Canada.
Hope you'll find as much help here as we did starting out a couple years ago

Glad to have you with us, Joyce.
Sounds like you're off to a good start! You'll find lots of other members here who have small backyard rabbitries to put some good meat on the table.
