I'm hoping to get at least one Rex doe at the end of the month. So, I took some pictures of him so that I can evaluate him to try and get a doe that will compliment him.

I'm thinking he's long in the shoulder and over all a bit long but has good pretty good width? Thoughts? You won't hurt my feelings. If he's terrible I'd rather know the in and out of it so that I can try and improve things.

Sorry, I know the poising isn't very good. Neither I nor the rabbit have a clue what we're doing and he didn't want to let me put him in the californian poise.

Actually, he looks pretty good!

His rise is very nice- see how high up he comes behind the head? No "low shoulder" issue there at all. :clap2: His shoulders could use more width to balance with his hindquarters, but I wouldn't call him narrow.

If he was set up with his rear feet further forward, I think we would see some really nice depth as well.

His coat looks a little choppy, but I think that is because he has a new coat coming in. Blow into his fur and see if he has a short coat underneath that is growing in. Usually they come in from the bottom and rear up and forward, so blow in different areas of his coat.
