Has anyone ever feed beet pulp to angoras?
What would the nutrient benefits be?
Should it be with molasses or with out shredded or pellets?

Nutrition wise it's just a low calcium, low protein and high fibre filler to "water down" concentrates that are fed to livestock

It's also a great roughage for older horses that cannot chew well as it can be turned into a "mash"or for animals that waste/trample hay rather than eat it

I would not recommend it for angoras that need a higher protein diet to grow all that fur.

I have offered the non molasses pellets to my rabbits but they were not fans, they'd probably prefer the one with molasses but then I'd worry about diahhrea from all the sugar
