I noticed that there are a lot of newbies to meat rabbits coming on and I found this guy on youtube that did a really nice recipe for rabbit. He dose his with wild rabbits but I think it would be just as good for domestic rabbits. He also has a video on skinning rabbits for those that are not too comfortable with blood and guts, and I thought you guys might like to see it he's got some good ideas:
