Christmas Dinner

I am taking two rabbits for Christmas dinner. Most of my family has never had rabbit before. I want something that shows off the fact it is a rabbit and will go over well for a large range of people kids included.

How old are the rabbits? That would be a huge factor in deciding the best use for them.

the rabbits were culled at 9 weeks and are 3lbs.

do you have that little rabbit cook book? it has some grate stuff in there.

if not just make sure to keep that rabbits moist or it will try out faster then a snowball in Hawaii.

Breading, bbq sauce (or both) are my standbys for introducing rabbit to kids.
You can also parboil, debone and add the meat to any favorite chicken recipe.
