When one is calculating the square footage available for rabbits, can you include any RAISED areas? I'm thinking that I could add quite a bit of room to my potential colony square footage if I added some shelves/platforms to the design.
For example, if I put a 2' wide shelf, that was about 2' off the ground with ramps for the rabbits to access it, running along the 30' long side of my colony - would that give me an extra 60' of floor space (2' x 30')?
