1 young Rabbit (cut off the bone into bite sized chunks.)
1 cup All purpose flour
1 packet fajita seasoning
Veggie oil.
Put enough oil in a skillet to coat the bottom and start to heat. Combine Flour and seasoning in a tupperware bowl with lid and add 1-2 small hand fulls of nuggets. Shake to coat and add to the skillet. Repeat until done adding more oil if needed.
Serve as is or use in another dish.
I put these in in tortillas with shredded cheese and bacon bits for quesadillas and my kids loved them that way as well.
