Found this recipe at our local fair on a display. Made some, the rabbits seem to like it. Thought you guys might want to know!

(BTW, this recipe makes about 9 med-large cookies)

Oven: 350 F

1/3 cup pellets
1 cup flour (we used spelt flour)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup molasses
1 banana (fresh)
1/2 cup frozen berries (I used strawberries, just because we had a bag of them sitting in the fridge)

In a food processor (or coffee grinder  ) grind up pellets and oatmeal. Pour into bowl and mix in flour. In blender, blend molasses, banana, berries, and water till smooth. Add to dry mixture. Mix thoroughly and place on greased cookie sheet. Cook for 20 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for another 20 minutes. (I found flipping a bit useless... but thought to include it) After they are cooked, let them sit for 4 hours to dry out.
