I'd put a bit of antibiotic ointment on it and then just keep an eye on it. Likely it will heal up just fine.

Vetericyn is probably the better choice incase it is where he can lick at it. Neosporin is petroleum based and not good for them to injest.

Plain neosporin works too, any drugstore will have that. Another option is Blu Kote if there's a feed store nearby, be warned wear gloves and expect a purple rabbit for a while
Neosporin should be okay. I have used Polysporin (Neosporin is prescription only in Canada) and it is not much different. Petroleum based is not wonderful, but mineral oil is also petroleum based and can be used for rabbits. Since the amount is so small, I think the benefits outweigh the risks, if you can't get Vetericyn.

I've used Neosporin on rabbits now and then, with no problems. Not frequently, but I've done it.
