I'm just getting into rabbits, and I want to produce commercially. My goal is to be harvesting 15-20 buns a week by the end of next summer.
I'm thinking about doing the does and breeding bucks in cages and having deep-bed colony style grow-put pens in the large cement patio area I have available. Its covered and sheltered on the south and west. I'm thinking I'll make 4'x8' grow out pens for them... How many juveniles can I keep in a 4x8 pen without overcrowding?
