I found this thread and a small bit of information
dosage-for-penicillin-for-treating-vd-t2786.html#p27026

We have a beautiful Holland Lop buck that is young. From those on this website there is the thought that he has vent disease (yet his privates look fine). It's just his nose that looks bad. Picture to follow.

I found the following products between Tractor Supply and Family Farm & Home. Yet we don't know which product to purchase, how much to give him, how often to repeat, the size of the needle, etc. You're help would GREATLY be appreciated. He weighs 3 pounds and 12 ounces.

Here at the products we found. We were told that a small needle the medicine won't go through. So we really don't know what size needle or syringe to get. Also where and how do you inject it?

Here are the needles and syringes we were told we would need. Is this correct?

The first two are the same antibiotics just diffent brands. The last one contains two different types of penicillin. Those syringes and needles are the right ones. You give the antibiotics subcutaneously.

Procaine penicillin (60,000 IU/kg/day, SC, for 7 days) is also recommended for individual rabbits. All rabbits must be treated even if no lesions are present. Lesions usually heal within 10–14 days, and recovered rabbits can be bred without danger of transmitting the infection.

At 3lbs 12oz weight that would be about 1/3 cc for the 300,000 units/ml penicillin G procaine.

Might want to get 1cc syrings if you can find them to make dosage easier.
