So I am putting together a new rabbit dish.

I cut up one rabbit and am soaking it in this liquidy mix:

Water
Soy Sauce
Dijon Mustard
Brown Sugar
Garlic
Red Pepper Flakes
Cayenne
I think it's going to be fabulous!

I've not decided if I'm going to grill it or bake it... Suggestions? The sauce tastes YUMMY
 
I baked it in the outdoor propane oven (makes food moister) and it was SOOOO good! This was my first time not slow cooking rabbit, the whole family loved it and said they hope I make it again soon. :)
