Mustard-Brown Sugar Marinade - I found a recipe and tweaked it.
1c Apple Cider Vinegar
2c Brown Sugar
6 cloves garlic(I did 1/2 pressed, 1/2 minced)
4tbsp Yellow Mustard
8tbsp Fancy Seeded Mustard(Dijon, I think it is called)
1.5 tsp Salt
1 lemon(juiced)
1 lime(juiced)
Black pepper(to taste)
Marinade 8hr or overnight
My sister made a simple glaze-type barbecue sauce using mustard, brown sugar, and some ketchup.
Cooked it on the grill.
It was awesome.
