That makes sense... So her red eyes are because of the albino gene, but she isn't actually an albino?

So I have a kit from one of my last litters who looks like a ruby eyed white. However, the very tips of her ears are gray, not white. I have three blue eyed whites the same age (8 weeks) and the tips of their ears are white. Since a REW is an albino her ears should be completely white, right...
